Download the MomoYoga app, pick your package, book into your classes (in person as well as on Zoom) all in one place. We've been working away behind the scenes to make this as accessible as possible, so head over to YouTube, FOLLOW THE UBUNTU SHALA channel and you can get practicing straight away! You can use these pre recorded classes if you can't make it to the Shala or get onto a live Zoom class. I will be keeping a spreadsheet for each person so every time you practice, send me a message and I'll add it to your tally. There will be guest teachers making an appearance either live, Zoom or on YouTube so keep an eye out.
I'm all about building relationships with people, and having a support structure behind you, someone to help, inspire and guide you makes it a whole lot easier, FUN and exciting to improve your health and wellbeing.
