I have training and experience in a variety of styles of yoga, meditation, sound/gong meditation and breathwork/pranayama and offer one on one, family, group, team and corporate classes. Whether you’re just getting started or wanting to improve your safety and technique in practice, I have worked with all levels and bodies and continue to learn and increase my knowledge through my own practice, reading, online and training. I have spent the last 2 years diving into various forms of functional fitness training, spinning, HiiT, Muay Thai, weight/resistance & core work to add this knowledge and experience to share with others on their journey of health.
