Breathwork for Health and Longevity Workshop

Do you want to live a long, happy life full of vitality?

Do you want to perform at your best, recover from training better and have less injuries?

Do you want to be able to deal with the normal challenges and stresses of life with ease and flow?

Then this workshop is for you!

In order to be healthy, we pay attention to the food we eat, getting the right combinations of excersize and take care of our mental health, but most of us don't pay attention to or realise how much our breathing habits impact our health. You can be doing all the 'right things' but if you're not thinking about and working on how you breathe, then many of the other things you are doing are going to have little to no impact on your quality of life.

Learn foundational, scientifically proven, simple techniques to build upon, introducing breath holds, to build a robust respiratory system.

Improve athletic performance, VO2 max, daily wellbeing, mental health, longevity and overall quality of life.

Lower blood pressure, reduce lactic acid build up, improve endurance, speed and recovery in sports and training.

Improve your sleep and circulation, reduce stress and anxiety symptoms, build resilience and awareness.

(No previous experience in breathwork or yoga is required)

I have been studying the breath and pranayama for 8 years and have a deep understanding of movement, yoga, and various sports and fitness modalities. Through continued learning, study, daily practice and experience, I impart this knowledge in a clear, simple and humorous way (cause life can be too serious!) for you to incorporate these techniques into your day to day life and current training program.

As I am living and working in Thailand for most of the year, don't miss this opportunity to enhance your wellbeing and live a vibrant, healthy, joyful life!
